It is a privilege to provide dental care to you, our patients. We appreciate the support you have given us from the time I first joined the practice. As hard as it is to believe that will be 10 years this year. I feel so much pride when I see where we are today compared to where we were 10 years ago. We promise to always strive to be better and improve our care to our patients. Our mission is and always has been “patients come first”.
When I joined the practice 10 years ago, our office functioned as four independent practices sharing a common space. It was a challenge to operate effectively when there were different owners wanting different things. We are excited to inform you that Broadway Dental Group has been operating under one management since March of 2020. We believe that we are now much better able to provide the best care possible to our patients. The office will now be staffed 6 days per week except for statutory holiday weekends. This means that one of the 3 dentists will always be available to help you.
We have some exciting news to share. Starting in September, Dr. Meera Grewal will be joining our practice. Dr. Grewal is a graduate of the University of Toronto. I have known Dr. Grewal for 4 years now and I have been wanting her to join our team. I am so excited that she said yes and look forward to having her with us.
Our new team now consists of Dr. Khai Pham, Dr. Wayne Quong, and Dr. Meera Grewal. Our hygienists are Jeannine, Michael, and Jihee. Our assistants are Lourdes, Lana, Tracy, Katrina, and Raymond. Our administration team consists of Lana, Karen, Sofia and Lorie. We are very proud of our team, and we will do our best to meet your dental needs.
Hi there! I’m Meera and I am so excited to be joining such a phenomenal team. I was born and raised in Ottawa, where I completed my Bachelors Degree in Biomedical Sciences. I have always aspired to work in healthcare, and feel very fortunate to have dentistry as my avenue to do so. I completed my dental schooling in Toronto, where I found my affinity for preventive and restorative care. Apart from dentistry, you can find me biking, running, playing soccer and baking (I am always looking for a new recipe to try or someone to taste test for me!).
Starting in September, we will run a referral program for new patients. The promotion will run for the next 2 months. The key to remaining a successful practice is to have you, our patients, trust in us enough to refer your family, friends and colleagues. We have a special gift for each new referral you send our way once we have seen them for a new patient exam and hygiene appointment. We hope that you continue to trust and have confidence in our ability to provide the best care for you and your loved ones.
To conclude this newsletter, I would once again like to say how much we appreciate you, our patients. Without you we would not have a place to work. We managed to get through the pandemic with your support. We have so much to look forward to for the rest of 2024 and we look forward to growing and providing the best care possible to our patients in the future.
